We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for hitch covers that are unused, uninstalled, and in their original condition, including all packaging and hardware. Customized, engraved, or made‑to‑order hitch covers are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective. To begin a return, please contact us at the omen-engineering contact page with your order number, the item you wish to return, and a brief explanation of the issue. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

If the return is the result of an error on our part—such as receiving the wrong item, a manufacturing defect, or damage during shipping—we will cover the cost of return shipping. For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot issue refunds for items lost in transit.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our mistake. If you would like to exchange your hitch cover for a different size, style, or design, we are happy to help once the original item has been returned and inspected. We encourage customers to confirm availability before sending an item back.

If your hitch cover arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue so we can quickly arrange a replacement or refund. Please note that custom products, final‑sale items, and items returned without original packaging or hardware are not eligible for return.
