My experience was terrible! I ordered a 1-1/4 inch Gadsden Flag trailer hitch insert. Delayed shipping info. caused me to make contact. I was informed there would be an additional delay because this size trailer hitch insert is not "stocked"; and the "stem" would have to be fabricated. The "stem" did not fit. I had to "hammer" and "bend" the metal to make it fit. Omen Engineering should check their spcs., recalibrate their equipment, and test their product before selling to the consumer.
