Finished with a UV-resistant matte-black powder coat, this hitch cover is engineered for year-round exposure to Wisconsin winters, road salt, mud, and sun. The officially licensed 64th Troop Command insignia is applied with crisp detail and long-term fade resistance—no cheap plastic, no peeling graphics.
